Hi Everyone,

Well the next fundraiser for the group has been organised, we are having christmas in july with a bottle auction.  Please start donating bottles now, please wrap in paper and label either adult or child, some suggestions are grog, apple cidar, lollie jars, chocklates, sauces, bottled cooking ingredients etc.  This is a great opportunity to get behind the group and raise some much needed funds to help your childs/ren section to keep running.  Please invite neighbours, aunties, frenids etc and help make the night a huge success, would be great if each person attending could donate atleast 1 bottle.  Please find further information below and also under group information

It is a very important Fundraising night.

Everyone is to bring a clearly labeled Bottle for Children and Adults to purchase on the night.

You can start bringing bottles in now and they can be left with the leaders to be stored.

Our last one that we held was a great success and a fun night by all who attended.

Children’s Bottles will be a set price of $3.00

Adults will vary

We will provide a sausage sizzle,

Soft Drinks are on sale $1 per can.

We ask for Joey parents to provide NIBBLES

Cub parents to provide SALAD

Scout parents to provide DESSERT

Could all family please notify your section leader of your expected no’s for catering purposes by Wednesday 23^rd June.
